Dear Valued Customer,

For many years Brick Network has worked hard to provide the highest quality service while continuing to grow and adapt to best meet the changing needs of its customers.  Today, we are pleased to announce that Brick Network is now part of the Access US Family of Companies.  As a customer, we’re sure the first question that comes to your mind is: “What does this mean to me?” Let us try to answer that for you. 

  • Most importantly, this requires no action on your part other than to note our new address and phone numbers!
  • The network migration has already taken place, so you are already receiving services on an improved network.  Many of you didn’t notice any difference at all and didn’t even know the change was made.  Others will notice improved service.
  • Your billing amount and service plan will remain unchanged.  For those of you who pay by credit card, you might notice a slightly different name on your credit card statement.  Checks can still be made payable to Brick Network but please send them to our new address: 
    712 N. 2nd Street, Suite 300, St. Louis, MO 63102.  In some cases, your first bill from us may have been delayed up to two weeks, going forward your bills will return to their normal cycle.
  • Our main St. Louis phone number remains at 314-645-5550.  For customers outside the Saint Louis area, our toll free number has changed to 877-342-5785.  We have increased our call center staff and in some instances, you might even recognize the voice on the other end of the phone!
